A Singapore outpost of the Stockholm original by Swedish owner-chef Björn Frantzén. Set within the historic 1800s Victoria Concert Hall, its retro glamour complements a refreshed take on brasserie classics, with trolley and tableside service. Try the råraka — a Swedish potato cake topped with vendace roe, crème fraîche, chives and red onion — and the Toast Astoria with prawn, king crab and wasabi aioli.
