"Sushi Ichi" welcomes guests with a silky smooth counter crafted from 300-year-old cypress and wooden accents handmade by a master carpenter from Nara. Serving traditional Edomae sushi, the restaurant uses seasonal seafood and vegetables flown in from Japan, paired with the finest rice seasoned with red or white vinegar. Even the sauces are shipped from their flagship store in Japan to ensure consistency. The "omakase" menu is highly recommended for an indulgent and refined dining experience.
